Obituary of Roger William Deyette

Roger William Deyette, 64, died Sept. 29, 2014, at home in Shelton. He was born Aug. 2, 1950, to Marion Deyette and Marian Lund Livingston in Shelton. Roger married Sandra (Leeberg) Deyette on June 6, 1991, in Shelton. He worked for Kruger Roofing in Shelton for 25 years. He then worked for Design North in Juneau, Alaska, for 10 years. He was an experienced contractor with Deyette Construction in Shelton for another five years. Roger enjoyed restoring old cars and having a good laugh. He spent his free time on the golf course or in his garden. He was proud of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by wife Sandra Leeberg Deyette of Shelton; daughters Susan Marlo Crone, Diane Deyette and Destiny Deyette; brothers Russell Deyette of Shelton and James Baysinger of Shelton; sisters Shirley Parker of Olympia, Sandra Portzline of Tacoma and Star Leeberg of Tacoma; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Roger was preceded in death by parents Marion Deyette and Marian Lund Livingston; sister Susan Leeberg, and brothers Ronnie Deyette and Rocky Deyette. A celebration of life will be at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 11 at 1734 W. Franklin St., Shelton.
