Jan Chase passed peacefully on May 29th in Olympia, Washington. Jan was born on August 11, 1926 in Thorp, Washington. Jan spent many years as the Guidance Counselor Secretary of Olympia High School. Jan is survived by her sons, Steven W. Chase, Tenino, Washington, David R. Chase, Tenino, Washington, and her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and John Tillman, Elma, Washington, 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Jan was preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Chase, daughter Wendy K. Sternshein, Mother and Father Dorothy and Bruce Schwarck, Twin Sister Jacqueline Rau, Sisters Lois Stevenson and Roberta Pitts and Brother Karl Schwarck.
