Obituary of Judy Elenora Cook

Mrs. Judy Elenora Cook (Mink) died peacefully at home on November 6th, in Aberdeen Washington at the age of 74. Judy was born on November 11, 1940 in Mountain City, Tennessee to Jason and Nina Mink. She was the youngest of eleven children, and also blessed with an additional fourteen step brothers and sisters. Judy was a woman of faith who cherished church and participated in church activities frequently. Judy was also blessed with a generous heart toward everyone she met. She was always thinking of others and putting everyone’s needs before her own. As a grandmother, she took pride in all of her grandchildren, caring for each of them as they were growing. She treasured time with family especially on her favorite holiday, Christmas. Judy is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Thomas Cook of Aberdeen, WA, her son; Robert (Anna) Brooks of Onalaska, Daughters; Deanna (Dale) Beard of Vader, & Trina (Scott) Devlin of Olympia, and twin brother; Jerry Mink of Mountain City, Tennessee. As well as her grandchildren; Ericka (Ryan) Arnold, Emalee Beard, Michael Beard, Ashlee Devlin, Kennan Devlin, and Cielo Devlin and two Great Grandchildren; Lucas and Rielyn Arnold. She will also be remembered by her extended family, nieces and nephews and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Jason and Nina Mink and nine brothers and sisters. A Celebration of life is scheduled for 1:00 pm at Harbor City Church 1700 Cherry St., Aberdeen, WA. with a pot luck reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Judy Cook’s life.
